You could use the following table to classify data at your school.

| School confidential | Data restricted to the school community |
Students' project work; photos of children |
| Private | Data limited to named and authorised users |
Personal information about students or teachers, or financial information about the school |
| Sensitive | Data that can be made available to a general group of users |

| Normal | Data accessible to any users in the school, with the possibility of making the output available outside the school as well. |
