The figure (1 to 5) for each supplier gives the average recommendation
rating for all schools that gave information about that supplier, with 1 being
very unlikely to recommend and 5 being very likely.
For each supplier the number of primary schools that gave a
rating, followed by the number of secondary schools, is given after the name of
