During autumn 2001 Becta conducted a survey
of schools in England investigating their
satisfaction with their ICT products, services
and suppliers.
Government is making a
substantial investment in ICT in schools
through the Standards Fund Grant. It is
keen to ensure that the ICT products and
services offered to schools are of high
quality and to improve that quality where
possible.
To that end, the results
of this survey are published here for the
benefit of both purchasers and suppliers.
