We asked schools about where they buy their computers. This chart shows schools' overall satisfaction with their desktop computers in relation to their purchasing route.

It compares the overall satisfaction of schools that said they buy directly from the manufacturer against those who said they buy from another company or from the LEA.

The figure (1 to 5) for gives the average satisfaction rating, with 1 being very dissatisfied and 5 being very satisfied.

For each set of data the number of primary schools that gave a rating, followed by the number of secondary schools, is given.
