We asked schools how satisfied they are overall with their technical support provider.

The figure (1 to 5) for each support provider gives the average satisfaction rating for all schools that gave information about that support provider, with 1 being very dissatisfied and 5 being very satisfied.

For each support provider the number of primary schools that gave a rating, followed by the number of secondary schools, is given after the name of the support provider

Note that the ratings for 'Overall satisfaction' are in response to a specific question, and not calculated from other responses.
